Created by The Macallan’s Lead Whisky Maker, Kirsteen Campbell, this bottling encapsulates an immersive journey through Paris with the acclaimed Roca brothers. Defined by flavour rather than age, this limited-edition expression is crafted from a combination of sherry seasoned, ex-bourbon, and Cognac oak casks, and bottled at 47.2% abv.
On the nose, expect freshly baked almond croissants, rose, and sweet nectarines in syrup, whilst the palate offers rich buttered pastry, brioche, sugared almonds, and peach melba. The finish is sophisticated and lingering, with gentle spices and warm oak.
