Tasting Notes and Characteristics:Col Di Sasso Blend 750ml opens with a vibrant, approachable character that makes it perfect for casual gatherings or relaxed evenings at home. With an ABV of 12.5%, this Italian red blend is crafted in Tuscany, combining Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes to create a balanced, easy-drinking wine. Its production highlights the region’s tradition of blending international and native varietals, resulting in a bottle that captures the spirit of Italian winemaking. On the palate, Col Di Sasso offers notes of ripe blackberry, cherry, and subtle hints of spice layered over soft tannins and a fresh finish. These flavors make it an excellent companion for grilled steak, where its fruit-forward profile complements smoky charred meats. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheddar, as the wine’s acidity cuts through the richness while enhancing savory undertones in both food and drink.Producer Information: BanfiBanfi is based in Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy, with its historic estate Castello Banfi situated at the southern edge of the region.
