Acquired by Valérie Rousselle in 1994, this estate has become a benchmark for Côtes de Provence wines through a commitment to sustainable viticulture and meticulous parcel selection across its diverse terroirs. The château’s philosophy centers on expressing the unique character of its clay-limestone soils and Mediterranean climate, resulting in elegant rosés that capture the essence of southern France. Beyond their flagship rosé, Château Roubine also crafts structured reds and vibrant whites from classic Provençal varieties such as Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, and Grenache, each reflecting a deep respect for local tradition and environmental stewardship.
