The estate’s philosophy centers on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, allowing the terroir of Saint-Germain-du-Puch to express itself fully in each bottle. Beyond their classic Bordeaux blends, Chateau De Virecourt also produces a crisp Sauvignon Blanc that highlights the area’s cool microclimate and a limited-production rosé crafted from direct pressing of red grapes grown on their oldest parcels. Their commitment to expressing local character has made them a respected name among producers focused on authentic regional wines within Gironde.
