Booker’s Straight Bourbon Batch 2025-03 delivers the uncut, unfiltered power that has made Booker’s one of the most respected names in American whiskey. Every batch is released at full barrel strength, selected from prime locations in the rackhouse, and bottled exactly as Booker Noe intended—bold, intense, and deeply flavorful.
Batch 2025-03 shows exceptional balance for a high-proof bourbon. The nose opens with rich waves of vanilla, toasted oak, dark caramel, and warm baking spice. On the palate, it explodes with layers of brown sugar, charred oak, cinnamon, roasted peanuts, and a touch of leather. The texture is thick and mouth-coating, leading into a long, warming finish with lingering sweetness and spice that showcase the signature Booker’s profile.
As with every Booker’s release, Batch 2025-03 is crafted in small batches and offered only a few times a year. This expression stands out for its structure, depth, and the classic Booker’s combination of big flavor and remarkable smoothness at barrel proof. It’s a bottle built for true bourbon enthusiasts—best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or over a single large cube to open up all of its layered character.
Whether you’re adding to a growing Booker’s collection or gifting a special bottle, Batch 2025-03 embodies everything fans love about the brand: authenticity, craftsmanship, and uncompromising flavor straight from the barrel.
