Distillery Information
“Blanton’s story is about honoring a distillery legend, Colonel Albert B. Blanton, who saved special “honey barrels” from the unique metal Warehouse H for VIPs; this tradition inspired Master Distiller Elmer T. Lee to launch the world’s first commercial single-barrel bourbon in 1984, revolutionizing the industry and creating a collector’s item with its iconic horse stoppers spelling B-L-A-N-T-O-N-S.”
