Introducing Lagg distillery’s flagship single malt, Kilmory. An expression embodying their house style, the liquid is matured entirely in American oak first fill bourbon barrels, infusing creamy vanilla notes that pair wonderfully with their peated malt. Made using concerto barley, and with water from their own borehole on Arran, Kilmory is bottled at 46% abv. Free from chill filtration.
Expect a nose of heather smoke and charred citrus, with an initial burst of fruit on the palate leading to subtle bonfire smoke. The long-lasting finish is full of vanilla, citrus and smoke.
