SPEY Fumare Cask Strength

SPEY Fumare Cask Strength is a limited-edition, peated whisky from Speyside Distillers, marking their first-ever peated distillery release. Made using peated barley, which the distillery only employs for a small part of the year, this expression is matured entirely in bourbon barrels. With an ABV of 57.5%, it is non-chill-filtered and contains no added colouring, offering a pure and authentic flavour experience.

The nose reveals a subtle smokiness, while the palate builds on this with added vanilla sweetness, before finishing with a long, medicinal peat notes.
