Made using Nc’nean’s signature recipe and bottled at a slightly higher abv of 59%, this release is all about a focus on the natural. With 100% organic Scottish barley, and purposeful fermentation with Anchor and Fermentis yeasts, and maturation in STR wine, ex-American whiskey, and Oloroso sherry casks, the end result is a dram that packs a punch yet remains sweet and delicate.

Good for the planet as well as your tastebuds, this non-chill filtered, naturally coloured bottling is certified organic, made in a net zero distillery and bottled in recycled glass.
