Bright, fresh, and elegantly crafted, the Rutherford Hill AJT Collection Sauvignon Blanc bursts with the vibrant character of Napa Valley. Aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, and a hint of tropical fruit lead into a palate layered with Meyer lemon, grapefruit, and crisp green apple.
To preserve the wine’s natural freshness and fruit-forward profile, it is fermented entirely in stainless steel, allowing its bright acidity and clean minerality to shine through. The result is a refreshing, well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc that pairs beautifully with seafood, light pastas, or soft cheeses.
