Redbreast Dream Cask 1 Ruby Port Edition Irish Whiskey Tasting Notes Nose: Cigar box, vanilla, raisin, sultana, cinnamon and nutmeg with almond butter and red pepper. Water releases linseed oil rubbed leather. Palate: Rich raisin and sultana fruit are balanced by dry oak tannins with assertive cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper spice. Distillery Information The Midleton distilleries complex is situated in Midleton, County Cork, Ireland. It is owned by Irish Distillers, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard.
