This rare Speyburn expression has been aged for 16 years in a single sherry butt, before being bottled by Hunter Laing & Co. as a part of their Old Malt Cask range. Presented at 50% abv, free from chill filtration. One of only 610 bottles.
Expect aromas of stewed apple crumble and sweet dried fruits, which lead to a palate full of nutmeg, cinnamon and fruit jam. A long, lingering and enjoyable finish rounds off this treat of a dram.
