Lot 40 Dark Oak Rye Whisky

Lot no 40 Dark Oak is an American whisky made entirely from rye. It’s undergone a twofold aging process: first in mildly-charred new American oak barrels, and then in heavily charred ones. Initially limited to British Columbia and Ontario, this release has since found its way across the Atlantic.
