Double Barrel
Comprised of a unique blend of three different whiskeys, Heaven’s Door using a double barrel finishing process and utilizes hand-toasted, new American oak barrels for a secondary aging worthy of another years wait. Double Barrels higher proof balances perfectly with the complexity of its flavor and notes of caramel, oak, citrus, and spice. Strong flavors of dried fruit, heartland-toasted grains and oats, with a finish of persimmon, mulberry and fennel. Bold and complex with a lasting caramel finish.
Tennessee Bourbon
Tennessee- A unique mash bill from Tennessee, this bourbon utilizes 30% small grains to complement the character imparted from spending more than six and a half years in American oak barrels. Smooth and lasting with notes of vanilla and baked bread layered over toasted oak.
Straight Rye
Breaking with tradition, we finish our Straight Rye Whiskey in toasted oak cigar barrels, air-dried in the low-lying mountain region of Vosges, France. This proprietary finishing results in a smoother, more approachable rye with notes of orange peel, coriander, and spice.
