Process & Profile
Heaven Hill Bottled-In-Bond 7 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a classic Kentucky bourbon built around one of the most historically important designations in American whiskey. Produced at Heaven Hill’s Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, it is aged for a full 7 years—three years beyond the four-year minimum required for Bottled-In-Bond whiskey—before being bottled at the mandated 100 proof.
Made from Heaven Hill’s traditional bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, the whiskey balances corn-driven sweetness with subtle rye spice and mature oak. Seven years in Kentucky rickhouses develop a rich yet approachable profile of caramel, honey, vanilla, charred oak, and warming spice while preserving the traditional Heaven Hill bourbon character.
