This multi-award-winning Speyside expression is bottled at its natural cask strength for maximum flavour impact. Guided by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, each small batch is meticulously crafted, always striving to surpass the last. Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine, and virgin oak casks, this whisky has developed remarkable depth and complexity.
Batch 11 offers a vibrant nose and a bold, captivating palate and an experience that commands attention. Bottled 59.4% ABV, natural in colour and non–chill filtered, the whisky reveals an aroma of rich mocha, heather honey, and cinnamon pancakes, lifted by notes of caramelised brown sugar, poached pears, and spiced ginger snaps. On the palate, it opens with dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb, and treacle, before developing into flavours of ripe plums, roasted hazelnuts, warming ginger, and bursts of red berries.
