Dead Man’s Fingers is the house rum from the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall. Expect caramel notes, alongside those of cinnamon, vanilla and a grating of nutmeg. The bottle is appropriate piratey, coming in jet-black with a skull on the front.
