The Black Tot refers to the fateful day on which the naval rum ration was discontinued – but unlike the original Black Tot release, the rum you see here was never made available to the navy. It’s made from 100% demerara rum from Guyana, and packs plenty of rich currant notes, with complex leather and oak notes coming from the maturation.
