At 13.50% ABV, this white wine has enough richness to stand up to indulgent pairings without feeling heavy, making it a natural match for sweet Lobster or creamy Brie.Producer Information: Clos du BoisClos du Bois was founded in 1974 by Frank Woods in Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley, where warm days, cooling coastal influence, and diverse soils helped shape a California house with a distinctly French sense of structure. Its name, meaning “enclosure in the woods,” reflects Woods’ aim to bring Bordeaux-inspired winemaking to northern Sonoma while working with fruit from key appellations across the region. The producer is known for approachable, varietal-driven California wines that balance ripe fruit with polished texture, particularly Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc, with production focused on consistency, regional expression, and cellar-friendly craftsmanship rather than excess.
