Château de Beaulon Pineau Vintage 2000

The Chateau de Bealon Pineau Vintage 2000 is a superb example of how great a Pineau des Charentes can be. The harvest of 2000 was of such quality that it warranted being set to one side as a future vintage. After a year of aging in new barrels, the liquid was then transferred to Sauternes barrels (previously housing a 2000 Sauterne) and left peacefully to work its magic. Today this miracle is savored in the form of a wonderfully aromatic and flavorsome Pineau, with a satisfyingly long finish.

Produced from a chateau dating back to the year 1480, entering the hands of the Beaulon family in 1510, this is a Cognac house that certainly has history on its side. Renowned for creating purely from the fruits of a single vineyard, an expert process, practiced for centuries, results in truly exceptional creations. No exception to that, this Pineau is an excellent showcase of all that this established house has to offer.

Dressed with tradition in mind, this bottle is a simplistic display of brilliance. Showcasing a minimalist design representative of history, sepia tones and swirl type create an undeniable charm.
