This sparkling wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Meunier grapes, all of which are sourced from California vineyards. The sparkling wine is produced in a traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is then aged on the lees for a minimum of two years.
