Tasting Notes and Characteristics:The first sip of Cepas Cabernet Sauvignon wraps your senses in ripe blackcurrant and subtle green pepper, a classic Chilean signature that lingers with hints of cedar and tobacco leaf. Crafted from sun-drenched vineyards in Chile, this Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a bold yet balanced profile, its 13.00% ABV giving structure without overwhelming the palate. The wine’s firm tannins and vibrant acidity make it an ideal companion for a juicy steak or sharp aged cheddar, elevating each bite with layers of dark fruit and earthy spice. If you’re seeking a red that brings both depth and approachability to the table, Cepas Cabernet Sauvignon is ready to impress.Producer Information: Viña Concha y ToroViña Concha y Toro, established in 1883 in the Maipo Valley near Santiago, Chile, was founded by Don Melchor de Santiago Concha y Toro with a vision to harness the region’s unique terroir for crafting expressive wines.
