It rests for 6 to 8 months in American oak barrels that have been used for more than 20 years in the maturation of Tequila.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: Yellow and Gold. Natural color obtained by the barrel.
Aroma: Cooked agave, aromas of honey and vanilla. It has very peculiar essences of dry earth.
Taste: A balanced drink denotes sweet flavors of cooked agave and wood (American Oak). An excellent combination that provides a silky sensation to the aftertaste.
