Located in Puglia the land of sun and sea. The winery who produces Primitivus has been family owned and operated since the beginning. A story as old as time with the winery being passed down amongst the family through multiple generations. Nestled right along the northwestern tip of the Salento peninsula. Directly between the Ionian sea and the hills. These vineyards almost dip into the region of Basilicata. A mix of vines aging from 35-60 years old spread out over different elevations.
