Maison Lispaul is a dynamic young estate established by David and Shirley Maudry named in honour of their children Lison and Paul-Henri. We are hugely excited to be working with the estate, having only discovered the estate in February 2020. The Val de Loire Sauvignon Blanc is simply outstanding value, then we see a progression in finesse and terroir in the Sauvignon Blanc grape from Menetou-Salon to classic Pouilly-Fumé and at the top Cuvée Confidentielle which is Sauvignon Blanc that sees one year in oak – a proper dinner wine.
