Bottled independently by That Boutique-y Rum Company, this Guyanese rum was produced at the Diamond Distillery using the ‘Versailles’ still, which is a wooden pot-still named from a type of oak found on the island. It’s among the only wooden stills left in the world. In typical That Boutique-y Rum Company style, the label makes fun of it.
