Nulu Maple Brûlée is a limited-edition single barrel bourbon from Nulu Whiskey Co., aged around seven years and finished for five months in maple brûlée barrels. Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered, it delivers a bold, unfiltered experience that appeals to fans of rich, dessert-inspired whiskeys. Its small-batch nature and high proof make it a sought-after release, often selling out quickly through select retailers.
On the palate, it opens with deep maple sweetness and toasted sugar, reminiscent of crème brûlée. Layers of vanilla, caramel, and oak follow, balanced by a warm spice and lingering finish. The maple barrel finish adds a silky richness, making it a decadent pour for those who enjoy bold, sweet-forward bourbons.
