Old Elk Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750mL

Old Elk Wheated Bourbon
Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey | 46% ABV (92 Proof) | High-Wheat Mash Bill | 750mL
Process & Profile
Old Elk Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey is defined by its unusually high wheat content, which replaces traditional rye to create a softer, rounder bourbon profile. The mash bill emphasizes wheat alongside corn and malted barley, resulting in a creamy mouthfeel and naturally sweet character. Aged in new charred American oak barrels, this bourbon develops balanced oak influence without overpowering the grain-forward core. Old Elk’s signature slow cut proofing process—where water is added gradually over time—helps preserve aroma, texture, and flavor integration.
