Process & Profile
W.L. Weller Antique 107 Bourbon Whiskey is a bold wheated Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. Part of the historic W.L. Weller family, Antique 107 replaces rye with wheat as the secondary grain in its mash bill, creating the softer, rounder foundation associated with Weller while delivering considerably more intensity at 107 proof.
The higher bottling strength gives Antique 107 a fuller body and more concentrated flavor than lower-proof Weller expressions. Sweet floral aromas and vanilla lead into ripe fruit, rich vanilla, and assertive spice before a warming cinnamon-driven finish.
Bottled at 53.5% ABV (107 proof), Weller Antique 107 has become one of the most recognizable high-proof wheated bourbons for drinkers seeking the smooth sweetness of wheat with enough proof and spice to provide substantial structure.

How to Enjoy
Enjoy W.L. Weller Antique 107 Bourbon Whiskey neat first to experience its full combination of vanilla, sweet fruit, floral character, cinnamon, and spice. Allowing the bourbon several minutes to rest in the glass can help its sweeter aromas emerge beneath the 107-proof strength.
A few drops of water can soften the alcohol and reveal additional vanilla and fruit, while a large ice cube creates a slower, cooler sipping experience. Antique 107 also has enough proof and flavor concentration to stand up particularly well in a premium Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
