Tasting Notes and Characteristics:A sip of Thomas Moore Madeira Cask Bourbon instantly wraps you in a warm, spiced embrace, where notes of dried fig and caramelized orange peel mingle with the subtle nuttiness imparted by its unique cask finish. Crafted in the United States and bottled at 46.95% ABV, this whiskey’s time spent in Madeira wine barrels lends it a lush complexity—think toasted oak layered with hints of raisin and honeyed vanilla. The bold character stands up beautifully to pungent blue cheese or the bittersweet depth of dark chocolate, making each pairing an indulgent experience that lingers long after your glass is empty.Producer Information: Barton 1792 DistilleryBarton 1792 Distillery, located in Bardstown, Kentucky, traces its roots to 1879 and stands as the oldest fully-operating distillery in the bourbon capital of the world.
