Drawing inspiration from the medieval Jewish scholar Ovadia ben Avraham of Bertinoro, the brand emphasizes meticulous adherence to kosher winemaking traditions while embracing modern techniques that highlight the terroir of Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna. Bartenura is particularly recognized for its Moscato d’Asti, but their portfolio extends to crisp Pinot Grigio and robust Barbera varietals, each crafted with an emphasis on purity and regional character. Beyond wine, Bartenura has expanded into producing select vermouths and aperitifs that reflect their commitment to quality and Italian heritage.
