Tasting Notes and Characteristics:The first sip of Agustinos Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 750ml wraps your palate in a cascade of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry, and subtle green pepper, unfolding into hints of cedar and tobacco that linger with every taste. Crafted in the sun-drenched vineyards of Chile, this Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a bold yet balanced structure with velvety tannins and a satisfying finish. With an alcohol by volume of 13.50%, it stands up beautifully to the richness of grilled steak or the sharp complexity of aged cheddar, making each bite more memorable. This bottle is an invitation to savor classic Chilean terroir in every glass.Producer Information: Viña AgustinosViña Agustinos, rooted in the fertile soils of Chile’s Bio-Bio and Malleco Valleys, was established in 2001 with a vision to harness the unique terroir of southern Chile for premium wine production. The winery’s philosophy centers on sustainable viticulture, integrating organic practices and minimal intervention to express the distinct character of each vineyard site. Their approach emphasizes cool-climate varietals such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which thrive in these southern latitudes due to the region’s long growing season and volcanic soils. Beyond their flagship wines, Viña Agustinos also crafts expressive Sauvignon Blancs and Cabernet Sauvignons that reflect both the purity of fruit and subtle mineral nuances characteristic of their origin. Their portfolio extends into limited-edition blends that showcase lesser-known local grapes, further highlighting their commitment to regional diversity within Chile’s evolving wine landscape.
