Handcrafted by Master Brewer Kimio Yonezawa using 100% Hyogo-grown Yamadanishiki rice, widely regarded as the finest sake rice available, and milled to 60%, this Junmai Tokubetsu is bottled at 15% abv.
Rich in umami on both the nose and palate, it offers hints of banana and walnut alongside a creamy, luxurious mouthfeel.
