Process & Profile
Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon is a celebrated small-batch Kentucky bourbon known as much for its distinctive decanter-style bottle as for its rich, elegant whiskey. Produced by the historic Willett Distillery in Bardstown — family-owned and operated since 1936 — this bourbon is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and aged in new charred American oak barrels until it reaches peak maturity. Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), it showcases Willett’s signature balance of sweet vanilla, spice, and oak with a velvety texture and refined complexity. The striking pot still-shaped bottle pays homage to the distillery’s heritage and makes this bourbon a standout on any shelf.
