This is a very limited release of English single malt, distilled in Derbyshire by exciting distiller White Peak. The lightly peated new make was charged into first-fill ex-Moscatel wine casks where it enjoyed its full maturation. A small yield of only 651 bottles of this unique whisky exist. Notes of honey and dried apricots.
