WhistlePig Snout to Tail 10 Year Toasted Straight Bourbon
Straight Bourbon Whiskey | USA | Aged 10 Years | Finished in Vermont Oak & Smoked Maple Toasted Barrels | 44% ABV (88 Proof) | 750 mL
Process & Profile
WhistlePig Snout to Tail 10 Year Toasted Straight Bourbon is aged for a full decade in new charred oak barrels before undergoing a unique finishing process. Each barrel is fitted with two differently treated heads: one medium-toasted Vermont oak (“snout”), and one smoked maple head (“tail”). During finishing, both sides are exposed to the whiskey, creating a dual influence of toasted oak and maple smoke. Bottled at 88 proof, it balances approachability with layered depth.
