‘Iris’ is a 2023 release from the Lakes Distillery’s ‘Whiskymaker’s Editions’ range. The distillery is to be found in Cockermouth, in the Lake District. It’s taken a markedly bold and experimental approach to its spirits and earned considerable acclaim since launching in 2014.
