The Critic Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes and Characteristics:The Critic Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a plush, approachable feel that makes it an easy choice for both casual gatherings and special dinners. With an ABV of 14%, this California wine is crafted in the United States using classic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, known for their bold character and structure. Its production highlights careful aging to balance fruit intensity with smooth tannins, resulting in a wine that feels both polished and inviting. On the palate, The Critic offers rich notes of blackberry, dark cherry, and subtle hints of vanilla from oak aging. These flavors are complemented by gentle spice and a touch of cocoa on the finish. This depth makes it an excellent partner for steak, where its robust body stands up to grilled meats, or alongside aged cheddar cheese, where its fruit-forward profile enhances the savory richness of the cheese.Producer Information: O’Neill Vintners & DistillersO’Neill Vintners & Distillers is based in Parlier, California, within the heart of the San Joaquin Valley.
