Process & Profile
St. George Single Malt Whiskey is an American single malt from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California. First laid down in barrel in 1997 and released as Lot 1 in 2000, this whiskey has become one of the longest-running and most respected American single malt programs in the United States. Each release is part of St. George’s annual Lot series, meaning every bottling reflects a new blend from the distillery’s evolving whiskey stocks.
Made with malted barley and shaped by St. George’s creative cask program, this whiskey delivers a profile that sits apart from both traditional Scotch and standard American whiskey. The current Lot 25 release is bottled at 43% ABV and shows a layered balance of crème brûlée, marzipan, orange zest, fresh peach, sandalwood, cocoa, brown ale, peanut brittle, cherry cola, and nutmeg.
For customers looking for an American single malt with real history, originality, and complexity, St. George Single Malt Whiskey is a standout bottle. It is elegant, fruit-forward, malt-driven, and expressive, with enough depth for serious sipping while remaining smooth and approachable for drinkers exploring American single malt whiskey.

How to Enjoy
St. George Single Malt Whiskey is best enjoyed neat in a whiskey glass to appreciate its fruit, malt, cocoa, spice, and oak complexity. Let it rest briefly before sipping so the crème brûlée, orange zest, peach, sandalwood, cocoa, and nutmeg notes can open more fully.
A single large ice cube can soften the whiskey and bring forward more sweetness and malt texture. This bottle is best treated as a sipping whiskey rather than a cocktail base, although it can also be used in a premium whiskey highball or spirit-forward cocktail when you want an American single malt with a distinctive fruit and malt profile.
