Process & Profile
Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof is a small-batch, uncut, unfiltered bourbon crafted using heirloom blue and yellow corn, rye, and malted barley via MGP in Indiana. The whiskey is aged at least five years in new American oak barrels (30–53 gallons, char levels #2–#5), then bottled in Colorado Springs at native barrel strength. The high-elevation climate concentrates ABV, resulting in bold proofs with maximum flavor.
