Because of its high-malt content and secondary sherry cask maturation, SirDavis behaves like a luxurious, fruit-forward hybrid that softens the aggressive punch of traditional ryes while magnifying its deep complexities:

• Aroma: Vibrant and incredibly fresh. Tangy Seville oranges and sun-kissed raisins mingle with warming baking spices—clove, cinnamon, and fresh ginger—underneath luxurious undertones of Demerara sugar and rich toffee.
