A single pot still Irish whiskey which has been triple distilled for added smoothness, what makes this bottling so special is its mixed maturation which has led to an endlessly complex and characterful flavour profile.
First matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, the liquid was then left to soak up the sumptuous sugars from Pedro Ximénez Hogsheads which lent their sun drenched sherried sweetness to this remarkable dram, which sits at 46% abv.
