Process & Profile
Maker’s Mark 101 Proof is a higher-proof expression of the brand’s signature wheated bourbon, offering deeper richness while maintaining the smooth profile Maker’s is known for. Crafted from the classic mash bill—featuring soft red winter wheat in place of rye—the whiskey is batch-processed, aged in charred American oak, and rotated by hand for consistent maturation. Bottled at 101 proof, this release delivers amplified flavor, warmth, and structure while preserving the distillery’s hallmark balance.

How to Enjoy
Maker’s Mark 101 Proof shines neat, where its amplified caramel and spice can be appreciated fully. A single large ice cube softens the heat and opens layers of sweetness and oak. It also performs exceptionally well in Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, and bourbon-forward cocktails that benefit from extra proof. Pair with pecan pie, milk chocolate, barbecue, or cinnamon-spiced desserts for complementary flavors.
