High West Cask Collection Cabernet Finish Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

High West’s new Cask Collection builds on what they’ve learned from doing finished single barrels for years. It features small barrel blends finished in unique casks – the first one comes from a blend of bourbons aged 4-9 years and finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 9 months. The blending allows for more complete whiskey profile at the end of the day and these releases are exceptional.

High West Cask Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel Finished Bourbon Whiskey Blend has aromas of orange zest, cacao nibs and weathered cedar, plus red velvet cake and hickory tasting notes.
