Claude Thorin V.R. Vielle Réserve
Claude Thorin V.R. Vielle Réserve is a Napoleon Cognac produced using eaux-de-vie solely from the superior terroir of Grande Champagne. This bottle is a blend of the oldest cognacs stored in Claude Thorin’s cellars for decades.
Claude Thorin produces all of its cognacs on site, from the grape to the finished bottle and ensures that it maintains the traditional manner of production that has been used for centuries and passed down through its generations.
This Napoleon Cognac went through the authentic method of double distillation before aging. The initial maturation took place in Limousin oak barrels for one year before being transferred into red barrels for over 20 years, allowing for a complex symphony of flavors.
Presentation of the bottle:
An understated, yet traditional decanter. With its wide base and sturdy metal stopper, this bottle effortlessly commands respect. The forest green colour and gold stylised font sit regally against the liquid mahogany backdrop of the Cognac.
