Uniquely, the fermentation process utilizes a precise blend of 50% harvested rainwater and 50% natural spring water from deep beneath the estate. Double-distilled in copper pot stills and bottled unaged at 40% ABV (80 Proof), it captures the raw terroir of Jalisco without added colors, sugars, or flavorings.
