Process & Profile
Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe Bourbon is part of the distillery’s groundbreaking collaboration with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc), created to produce bourbon fully compliant with kosher dietary laws. Made from the same high-rye mash bill used in flagship Buffalo Trace releases, it’s distilled, aged, and bottled under strict kosher supervision. The bourbon matures for approximately seven years in new charred American oak barrels, then is bottled at 94 proof. No grain neutral spirits, additives, or non-kosher elements are used at any stage, ensuring purity in both process and flavor.
