The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is a premium craft gin from the Bruichladdich Distillery on the remote Scottish island of Islay. Distilled slowly and thoughtfully, this small-batch gin features 22 wild, hand-foraged botanicals native to the island, layered over nine classic gin ingredients. The result is a complex, floral, and deeply aromatic gin unlike any other.
Tasting Notes:
Bright, fresh, and herbaceous on the nose with citrus zest, mint, and wildflowers. The palate reveals a silky texture with balanced notes of juniper, lemon peel, coriander, and a lingering finish of earthy botanicals and spice. It’s elegant, refined, and made for those who appreciate depth and craftsmanship.
Perfect Pairings & Serves:
Ideal for a classic gin and tonic with a twist of grapefruit or thyme. Also excellent in martinis or botanical-forward cocktails where its complexity can shine. A must-have for gin enthusiasts and mixologists alike.
