TASTING NOTE: With salmon pink color, this wine is both delicate and intense, with fine bubbles. The bouquet is well defined, with floral aromas of iris and violet, red fruit and brioche. The woody vanilla finish is an influence of the wine’s fermentation in oak barrels. In the mouth, it is smooth and soft with a freshness accentuated by its bubbles. Wood and licorice notes linger. FOOD PAIRING:The tangy flavors and spicy character of this wine makes it a good pairing with fish, white meats (chicken or pork), shellfish, appetizers and soft cheeses. TECHNICAL DATA: GRAPES: 100% Cabernet Franc
