Process & Profile
Bardstown Bourbon Company High Wheat Straight Bourbon is a 6 year old Kentucky straight wheated bourbon built around a unique 39% wheat mash bill. It was previously associated with Bardstown Bourbon Company’s Origin Series naming, but the updated label now presents the bottle more directly as High Wheat Straight Bourbon, with the same focus on estate-distilled Bardstown character.
Made from a mash bill of 53% corn, 39% wheat, and 8% malted barley, this bourbon uses a high wheat recipe to create a softer, fuller, and more dessert-driven profile. Bottled at 106 proof, it delivers ripe apricot, lemon, leather, crème brûlée, oak, pastry, and a lightly spiced finish.
Bardstown Bourbon Company High Wheat Straight Bourbon is a strong choice for wheated bourbon fans, Bardstown Bourbon Company collectors, gifting, home bars, and anyone looking for a new-label bourbon with rich sweetness, full-bodied texture, and elevated proof.
